Inverurie - Property Renovation
Returning customer came to us asking us to fully transform their new home with a new driveway, two patios, pathways, an extension, fencing, and spaces for planting vegetables and flowers. Everything we installed is listed below:
- Extension
Foul drainage for the kitchen, bathroom and en suite
Reinforcement and concrete foundations
- Patio
Both patios and connecting paths laid in 600x900 kandla grey 20mm porcelain surrounded with a charcoal edging and and carbon grout
Shed base and greenhouse base laid with Marshalls 600x600 grey pavers
Front step built with F7 charcoal fyfestone and kandla porcelain
New turf installed between main patio and pathway
Hills supex heavy duty whirley installed
- Drainage
All fireclay surface water and foul drains were reneweed with 4’ PVC polypipe and new aco channel drains, field drains, and gullys were installed
The soakaway under the bin store was renewed and enlarged to suit the increase in surface water that comes with the bigger driveway
- Planters
Planter constructed out of sleepers for the customer to plant their potatoes
4 L-shaped flower planters constructed at the front of the property finished with roughcasting and twice weathered coping stones
- Driveway
Excavated existing single car driveway and replaced with a new tarmac driveway big enough for up to 4 cars
- Fencing
2 fences were installed either side of the house with gates to access the rear of the property. These were cut to a ‘lollipop’ style finish to match the neighboring properties
A bin store was also included at the rear left side of the driveway to keep the bins tidy and out of sight
- Trades supply
We also assisted in supplying Joiners, Plumbers, Electricians, Bricklayers, Roofers, Slaters, Plasterers, Blacksmiths, and Painters to give the client the finish they deserve
